Are your folding sunglasses different from regular sunglasses?

When unfolded, they look just like any other stylish pair of sunglasses – it's only when you fold them up that the magic happens! Our sunglasses offer the same UV protection, style, and durability as any high-quality pair of sunglasses on the market. What sets ours apart is the incredible convenience of foldability. The unique design allows you to easily fold them and stow them away in a compact and stylish case, making them exceptionally portable without compromising on style or functionality.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship globally, to your door. FREE shipping – no strings attached! Whether you're close by or across the globe, we've got you covered. If your purchase isn't making you do a happy dance, just send it back within 30 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 business days, ensuring you receive your shades well in advance for your upcoming vacations, beach days, and sun adventures.

Why have I not received any order confirmation?

Most cases this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

When will I be charged for my order?

We will collect payment upon capturing your order.

Do you have a physical store?

No, at this moment. However, we will soon open stores in Milano, New York City, Dubai, Lisbon, and London.
